I actually thought of that, but they did send a brand new Swift Deux. I was afraid I was gonna get the original Swift. I had decent luck with that mask, but it was too loud and I had some bad leaks. We'll see how the Swift II does tonight. As I said previously, they sent a ton of filters. I boggles ...

So today at around 4:30 a box shows up to the house. It says it's from Apria and it's not ticking or anything so I open it. In there is my Swift 2, a whole boatload of filters, and a new hose. I was absolutely floored. Surprisingly, I did not pass out. But this was the most painless experience I've ...

Where's Rod Serling?
So today I call Apria. I ask about them sending me a Swift 2, some filters, and some fine filters for my M-Series. She says, "No problem. We'll have them out today and you should receive them in two to three business days." I thought I called the wrong number. Anyone see pigs fly today?

Swift II question
Anyone have the Swift II? I'm wondering because I have a Bravo and the bottom part that connects to the hose is quite bulky. I can't rout it over my head because it pulls the pillows and they leak. Anyway, I was looking into the Swift II and was wondering if anyone can compare the pillow sizes betwe...

I tried the Bravo because as much as the Optilife worked for me, it had some weird fitting problems. As you can see from my avatar pic, I have quite a huge melon. IT'S LIKE AN ORANGE ON A TOOTHPICK!(said in my best brogue) Anyway, the optilife's back strap would slip off the back of my head, and the...

Apria strikes again!
Hilarious, is all I can say about this. About two weeks ago I called Apria to see about getting a Bravo. They tell me they can't get it(documented in another post). Anyway, I go and buy it from Cpap.com, which I obviously don't mind doing, but hey, if I can get it from Apria, the insurance covers it...

Finally took care of the issue. Spoke to Fernando at Cpap.com. He says it has something to do with the company the processes their orders being in Taiwan. Apparently they've had this problem a bunch of times with debit cards. Oh well. Nothing that's not fixable by using another card. So the Bravo ha...

Cpap.com issue
Anyone ever have an issue using a Debit card with Cpap.com? I tried to order a new mask and everything looked fine. Then I got an email saying there was an issue with the card. So I called and they confirmed the info on the card was correct and told me to call the bank. So I call my bank, and they t...

Bravo question
Quick question about the Bravo. Does anyone with a large head find that the back of the headgear slips off? My only complaints about the Optilife are that 1. The back of the headgear slides off too often, and the chin support slides off as well. I have a pretty big melon, so I'm wondering if anyone'...

Bravo and Apria
Anyone have any success ordering a Bravo through Apria??? I have to use them because I have Cigna and I want to get a Bravo. If no one's had any luck, I figure I'll just order from Cpap.com.

Harry Potter
Reading the 6th Harry Potter book. One of the characters gets their throat clogged and the professor yells "Anapneo." Anapneo is the spell to clear the airway. I thought that was funny.

Hole in my Optilife
Just wanted to give you guys a heads up. I rout my hose over my bed. Anyway, the hose was bending the Optilife hose as well. When I went to sleep last night, I felt some air coming from the Optilife hose where it was bent. Turns out there's a small hole. I duck-taped it, so it's no big deal. I just ...
