I used a strip of moleskin and put it on the back of the headgear. The bottom strap was irritating the back of my neck because during the night it rubs a lot. The moleskin solved this problem.

So today I call Apria. I ask about them sending me a Swift 2, some filters, and some fine filters for my M-Series. She says, "No problem. We'll have them out today and you should receive them in two to three business days." I thought I called the wrong number. Anyone see pigs fly today?
