Re: AirCurve 11s are in But
2 of 2 As far as the reviews, did you look at the reviews for Apria? There isn't one good review on apria and I remember back when the local DMF company that I used in Mineola New York, for those of you who used to live there was great DME and then after Apria took it over and it stunk and they were...

Re: AirCurve 11s are in But
1/2 Let's go backwards and talk about the air curve 10 and newer isn't better. I understand newer but this machine and it's technology is 10 years older. Does anybody really know how these machines work and possibly there are some things that have to be fixed with firmware adjustments and they will ...

Re: AirCurve 11s are in But
I spoke with Patrick, the GM of the Delray office of Lincare. he has always been a straight shooter and tells you the truth not just you wat to hear. I asked him about the water leaking and he said that is only happening with old people that don't use enough force to close push the water canister in...

Re: OT.....Trump falling asleep in court
My Brother-in-law told me he's been having trouble keeping his eyes open when he drives. So, I logically asked him what about you cpap machine? He said h threw it out and I remember him telling me he sleeps fine. Well, obviously it's not so fine. In 2003, I got my first machine, a Sullivan bi-pap be...

Does the air curve 11 have a memory card
For some reason I was under the impression that the Air Curve 11 does not have a memory card. If that's the case how do you use Oscar or one of the other programs to look at your results without just saying what's on the machine. Have any of you noticed that this site is slowing down or is it my pho...

Re: AirCurve 11s are in But
The manager was the one that told me that people are unhappy with the AC11 and want to trade it back for the AC10. It just seems so ridiculous to me to get a machine that's nine and a half years old in development and I won't be able to change machines till it's 14 and a half years old. That's how I...

Re: AirCurve 11s are in But
I'm speaking to the manager of the Lincare brand tomorrow or Tuesday. I will ask him if these machines are coming back or are the new users are complaining about these issues of the tube popping off, the water killing the circuit board somehow or the loudness of the motor. If the motor affects your ...

Re: AirCurve 11s are in But
No, I'm coming from the S9. When the guy at Lincare said you can't trade down to an AirCurve 10 if you don't like the AirCurve 11. Well if the 11 doesn't work right, either it gets fixed or another 11 replaces it. S9 a great machine. Same motor as the AS10. As far as the heated tube, which I think ...

AirCurve 11s are in But
I was told the AirCurve 11s are in but I was also told that you can't trade down for the older model if you don't like the 11. The general manager of the local Lincare branch told me that some people wanted to trade down but he couldn't let them. So that was a warning from a pretty good straight sho...

Re: New info on Airsense/Aircurve 11 problems
I'm still waiting for the ResMed air curve 11. You could have had an AC 10 by now. Yes, I know, I could have gotten one 5 years ago when the 10 was already a 5-year-old machine because I got my S9 few weeks before it was discontinued. ResMed was putting out new machines every 5 years, and I should ...

Re: New info on Airsense/Aircurve 11 problems
I live in Florida and because of that I don't have as much of a need for humidification because I don't wake up with dry mouth but I do wake up with a dry jaw every once in awhile if I'm sleeping on my side. I don't know if I need a heated tube for the same reason but I should have one in case I go ...

Re: Apria or Lincare
You started with a CPAP and then went to the BiPAP or VPAP? What made you make that change? I think more often than not, unless you have a good sleep doctor, then those people just give up and either return the device or let it sit in the closet and Medicare just keeps paying for it. That's what I'd...
