Re: Full Face Masks and bipaps
This is a response from Gemini, not me. It is incredible how much knowledge AI has. That makes complete physical sense. The difference between how a standard CPAP and a BiPAP deliver air pressure creates two entirely different mechanical forces against the mask cushion: CPAP (Constant Pressure): De...

Full Face Masks and bipaps
I recently tried the ResMed AirFit F20, and even though I had some great nights with zero leaks, I too often found that the mask was sliding up my face—as if there was too much pressure pushing it up. Many years ago, I had lots of trouble with full-face masks, and maybe these same problems are happe...

My Air Data
If you check your my air app and the data isn't ready yet, would that mean the data isn't ready yet for Oscar also and should you not take out the SD card until my air gets its data for the previous night's sleep?

Re: Has anyone figured out how to make an AirSense 11 stop popping with every breath?
Edited, dictation is dangerous. I had the same problem with popping and I thought there was a leak someplace. Then my regular internist asked me where the aircurve 11 is in proximity to my head. I told him it was behind me on a shelf that's about 6 inches above my head. He said, the directions, righ...

Re: Non Refreshing Sleep
i was having a difficult time but my sleep doctor calmed me down, told me to go back to the p30i, lower my ipap back to 15, epap back to 7 and PS back to 4, from 17, 11 and 5, with which i was experimenting. so hopefully i am resolved no full face mask for, ever. I don't know why but i had this feel...

Re: Best Mask for Deviated Septum / Stuffy Nose
For somebody who think this is too long, stop being cranky. These issues of getting the right settings is not always easy. And sometimes somebody can pick up something from somebody else who was successful or at least hopeful. If you don't like to read long postings, get yourself a page reader app w...

Never yawned with such great results
If any of you I seeing similar things happening, what the heck is going on. When I get decent numbers like zero leaks and a little above one on AHIs I shouldn't be yawning or feeling like I have to be yawning. Yesterday I didn't click the SD card to open before I put it back in the Air Curve 11, so ...

Re: AHI <1 for months, but I'm still exhausted every day. What am I missing?
Even with my numbers getting better I'm getting tired or I wake up a little bit tired. I wonder if it could have something to do with not enough exercise. I need to get back on the tennis courts. Yesterday I didn't check it but I looked at it today and yesterday I had an AHI 10 and with weeks not be...

Re: Getting ResMed results from the app today
Oscar had it all. But they seem to see some weird warnings when I first logged in like we're checking the status of your database. Can you take a little bit of time more than usual.

Getting ResMed results from the app today
Have any of you not gotten the ResMed app results today? I keep getting this message that my results aren't ready yet. I didn't test it until about 10:30 and I've tried again at 11:00 and nothing. Would that affect the Oscar results also?

Finally some good results
https://i.postimg.cc/Y99HnjrM/20260623-131004.png So the doctor suggested that I stop using the air fit for 20 and go back to the p30i which I didn't think was going to work and he wanted me to go back to the settings of 15-7 with a PS of four as I had it at 17-7 and the PS of 5. Then he told me wh...

Re: Mouth taping help with jaw drop and mouth breathing?
Is this the tape you all are talking about. Some people complain that the adhesive isn't good enough but that's probably better cuz some of these things stick too much.
