My husband & I are both hoseheads - and we're both better for it. The biggest trick we've found is that's it's easier to sleep if we face away from each other - that way we're not blowing in each other's faces...

My DME provider is Kaiser in California, and they're pretty rigid about what they will and won't perscribe, and software doesn't seem to be in the formulary. What does it take to get software for the Remstar Plus M Series? I don't even have the smart card port. It would really make me feel better if...

Can't help with the full face mask, since I gave up after 3 kinds... For the mouth breathing, I'm having pretty good luck with extra large band-aids. Good luck.

Lexi'sMom, The "blowfish" effect is common. Someone is liable to jump in and say "just train yourself to keep your tongue up in the back of your mouth to close off that pathway for the air". You need to fill in your profile and the equiptment you use and the pressure the machine is set for, more info will help people to help you. Jim I thought I had specified that I'm still on my titration machine, so I don't have a pressure or profile yet. I'm not even sure what should be in my profil...
