I am at 23/18cm H2O and use a Resmed Ultra Full Face medium. your DME should size you to get the right fit. I wash my face just before bed and clean my mask every morning. DSM also forgot I did get a 2I humidifer and that works great. with my Aria LX I had a passover one that helped in the winter but this 2I even better, also very easy to clean.

Thanks for your response. but what is CMS? I am using a ultra Mirage Full Face Large the sleep study was done with a medium and Lincare gave me large. Tough time keeping from leaking at 23/18cm H2O. I talked with new clinican just now and she will switch to the medium.
