High Pressure No Problem!!!
I have been on 23/18 Bipap since December. Using a Resmed VPAP III with Ultra Mirage Full Face medium. Like others have said cleaning the cushion every day and washing my face just before bed I get great seals. I also do not turn on my machine till I am flat on my back face up seal right first time....

2i humidifer back leaking
when I get up and turn off my resmed VPAP III with 2i humidifer I disconnect the humidifer and water leaks out of the inlet. the water in the humidifer is usually almost all used up when I get up off the machine. Power Alarm
Hi to all, I was wondering does any one know of a power sensor. I mean when the house current goes off an alarm sounds to wake you up. I am currently using a Resmed VPAP III with 2i humidifer and being at 23/18cm H2O I do not want to chance not waking because of lack of air. Thanks

Face Mask
I am at 23/18cm H2O and use a Resmed Ultra Full Face medium. your DME should size you to get the right fit. I wash my face just before bed and clean my mask every morning. My wife does not hear leaks durring the night. also putting the hose above the pillow allows me to turn from my back to my sides...

I was at 18 on cpap and recently three weeks ago to 23/18cm H2o using Resmed VPAP III with Ultra Mirage Full Face medium. Humidifer
DSM also forgot I did get a 2I humidifer and that works great. with my Aria LX I had a passover one that helped in the winter but this 2I even better, also very easy to clean.

DSM yes I just went into Clinician menu (saw how it was done in another question on S8 unit). well mask was set at ultra, I changed it to ultra full. CMS?
Thanks for your response. but what is CMS? I am using a ultra Mirage Full Face Large the sleep study was done with a medium and Lincare gave me large. Tough time keeping from leaking at 23/18cm H2O. I talked with new clinican just now and she will switch to the medium.

Resmed VPAP III
Hi to all, recently was put on Bipap was on CPAP 18cm H2O now 23/18cm H2O. I looked on my screen in the Efficacy Data and see Leak 66L/min then VT 400-650 Resp Rate 15-19 MV 7.0-11.6 AHI 1.1 AI 0.0. being new to readings I like to know what is VT and MV. also machine set on spontaneous I feel better...
