From a post I did in Jun 05: MS SQL Security Center states Default install of MSSQL monitors TCP port 1433 and UDP port 1434...configure firewall to filter out packets addressed to those ports. ...could block them specifically with your firewall. Found it easier to just start MSSQL as needed with my...

I had same issue but now have database all available to EncorePro and MyEncore...not sure which step I did though accomplished it. EncorePro is apparently geared toward multiple patients not really ongoing treatment data flexibility for one patient...seems to have some wierd quirks. I would definite...

Yow! Those Following This Thread: I went off the top of my head and put *.XLS but file is actually *.XML If you don't have this file you can do an export patient which will save the data file...that way later if you need to restore it's essentially a backup of all data to the point you did the expor...

See Derek's suggestion on this: "Respironics provides a pair of simple "scripts" in its Utilities directory (folder) that allow you to change this behavior and download without erasing. To do this you will need to navigate to the Encore Pro utilities directory through My Computer. If you accepted th...

Fifi CFlex provides pressure relief on exhalation and is a great option for many people but for some (me included) it negatively impacts our results. You used straight CPAP for years at 13 apparently with no problems and the pressure range you tried last night caused no problems. Since you don't "ne...

2Listless Would sure be interesting to know the impact of condensation on pressure at the interface. At present I don't have obvious condensation problems (rainout) but it could be more subtle. I stopped using CFlex for the reasons you mentioned but don't have enough data to confirm it. Derek I beli...

Fifi Appears the range adjustment may have helped your overall AHI but like Rested Gal said many things can cause day to day variations. I'd give it a few days at that setting to see if you have a consistent AHI before you do any additional minor tweaks to settings. Again zero in on the AHI vs. Pres...

Fifi As Wading said your results (AHI) are below 5 so you are in the good range... but since you have the capability to download and monitor your own data you could try tweaking the settings for even better results and hopefully to feel better as well. Many find that narrowing the range of pressure ...
