Snoredog, That's my point. I have that software, and I have seen the data from it, w/ AHI as low as 1.5 per night avg 2.7 per night. My Primary care physician (PCP) called the same dysfunctional sleep lab and got the "no can do" come in for another test. The Dr wants to rule out sleep problems befor...

Sleep lab doesn't read CPAP data ??? Huh?

I have the M series Auto CPAP w/ data logger. Having felt poorly of late, I asked my PCP for some insight and help. After the normal battery of blood/urine work, he suggested perhaps another sleep study as my last was about 1 1/2 years ago. Looking at my data and working with you guys it seemed unli...

1 1/2 yrs on CPAP and declining success

Been a CPAP user now for almost 1 1/2 years. Lately this therapy seems much less effective then it did at first. In my early experiences I was feeling more rested, but much higher ability to concentrate. All that seems to have gone away. As time goes by it is getting worse. I had recently diagnosed ...

H2O softener and CPAP

Like others have said most WS are the same... I bought all my parts online and had them installed by a local plumber. The big chain companies wanted thousands of dollars. All together parts online and local labor was $800. It make a HUGE difference in our water... BUT if you want this water for your...

Started off feeling better.... now not so much

I began my CPAP therapy in January. When 1st on the hose, I felt more alert, less fatigued, and much less tired. Now I feel like I have gone back to feeling groggy, tired, and just generally not as good. The software says my AHI is 2.5 The only thing that I have noticed that has been a little differ...

Man, I am tired of being tired, not what you think

OK, After about 3 month and lots of advice from you guys I am now used to the whole CPAP process. So used to it in fact, that my shoulders are incredibly sore from such deep sleep and lack of movement so sore that it now wakes me up after only 5 or 6 hours.. I wake up tired now from lack of sleep no...

FF Face Breakout

2 months now, and you guys have made this new world understandable, bearable and dare I say pleasant. I use a FP 431 FF mask. As a 43yo male acne has long been an unpleasant memory of puberty Now I find that my mask is causing my face to break out right where my mask rides on my face. I use an alcoh...

Agreed with the others that have had this. I feel for you. I had mine done 5 yrs ago, and it was the longest recovery. I had nose bleeds constantly. I actually had a nose bleed while holding my wifes hand as they were delivering my daughter. The Drs/nurses were freaking out seeing all my blood. Got ...

True enough Mattman. I will see tomorrow what they say. I am sure if they are indeed a good business they would have no issue giving me a letter saying they made a mistake, so I can one have in case of any credit dispute, and two to get to my Ins co, so that they can adjust my account with them. I w...

My Dr needed to get pre approval from the ins co for the CPAP therapy. The ins co gave me the choice of three DME's to work with. One of them began calling me to set up an appointment to pick the gear. After researching on here what machine I wanted I called the DME's sales rep. I asked for all the ...
