Depends on the humidity setting you use I think. In my case, I do refill every night. But I think at 1 or 2 I could go 2 nights.....

Your leak is HIGH, it may be skewing your results but your ideal pressure seems to be 6.0cm to 10.0cm Maximum. The machine is also "misreading" your central sleep apnea events as obstructive.
