Still Snoring
It's my understanding that snoring, in a person with diagnosed sleep apnea, is a sign of at least some degree of obstruction. If you are having more than very occasional snoring, I would call your doctor, because it's possible your pressure setting needs to be adjusted.

Nasalaire II with REMstar Plus machine
Does anyone know if it's safe/effective to use the Nasalaire II prongs with the Remstar machine? I used the Nasalaire II at my titration study (my request, couldn't stand the mask on my face) and slept very well. The Comforlite 2 nasal interface is OK as long as I'm on my back...but in any other pos...

1st Night On CPAP and GAGGING...HELP!
I'm using CPAP for the first time tonight and for some reason, as the pressure ramps up, it's triggering my gag reflex. I slept like a baby on the night of my titration study and didn't have this problem. The pressure is set on 14 now but it feels WAY too high! Has anyone ever had this problem befor...
