Thanks for the info -- the nosehose must be working! Interesting about the hose registering a snore.

If you don't show snores you are lucky, I'm not. Jim, Sorry about your snores. It sounds like I lucked out. It's been several nights on some nasal mask (not sure which one) and narry a snore mark. Yea! At least that is going right. Now just to get my AHI down to 5 or below -- so far that's only hap...

Vibratory Snoring Index

May I assume the vibratory snoring is not measured unless you have on a full face mask or other mask which covers the mouth? Just wondering about my 0 snore score on the Encore Pro with my nasal mask. Thanks!

Good Start! Check your profile, it appears to be wrong. You are showing the Classic Pro 2, the "M"agic HH and the Encore Pro 1.6i software. Just having the card isn't the software. Also what pressure are you running? Jim Thanks Jim -- you're right -- a good start. And I feel great about it. I obvio...

That's good news! Of course we never stop at good, we aim for great, so, what mask are you currently using? OK, OK, blarg, so 4.1 isn't great -- "good" works for me at this point. I'll hope for "great" some day (with great patience). Thanks for the acknowledgement. I'm using a Fisher-Paykey FlexiFi...

Great AHI after 2 weeks on CPAP

ALLLLRRRIGHT! I'm so excited I have to shout it out! After 12 days new to this hosehead experience and AHIs in the 9 to 10 range, I hit 4.1 last night!!!! My bruised, tender bridge of my nose is witness to my efforts -- don't think I have the correct fitting mask; I loosened it last night hoping to ...

Thanks for your response. If you "dunno," I don't know who would! We'll try it and let everyone know how it goes.

Merry Christmas, again.

Does MyEncore interface with Encore Pro 1.71?

If I download MyEncore 1.51b will it work with Encore Pro 1.71? We downloaded Encore Pro and smart card reader (MAKO DT3500) last night and are up and running. Numbers aren't terrific but it's wonderful to get to see the graphs and nightly numbers. I'm greatly encouraged. Derek, thank you for creati...

I like the idea of a party with everyone "dressed" in their nose hose gear -- made me howl with laughter just thinking about it -- thanks for the good laugh. (Athens may be a long trip, however)! I haven't been laughing much since I started this a week ago. Don't have the EncorePro software yet so I...

F&P makes the FlexiFit HC405 that has an exhaust diffuser which eliminates the exhaust air stream. Thankyou for the suggestion and the link. I checked it out and it sounds like a solution. I had a MUCH better night last night -- almost NO headache this morning and very few interruptions during the ...

Thank you. I have the 432 (from your description). It was better last night than the Ultra Mirage FF the night before (which I had a terrible problem with leaks all night long. I check the tension on the bottom strap tonight, per your suggestion -- it was along my chin that I had leakage. When lying...
