Please forgive me

To all I offended with my last post, I apologize. I did not realize how utterly ratty and mean that post. was. It was not intended as a slam, but obviously it was and I am so sorry.

Hi Kroussau, Nope, sorry, no retraction or apology. We ain't gonna do the PC here. Think of what I said in the generic - man or woman. PLEASE get off the PC stuff. That was not in the spirit of what I intended and you know it! Let's get back to the subject of........: Am I disabled? I could have add...

Hey Telly, I've always admired you as a "stand up guy"........one of those guys that I see on screen that, although I know you're acting, you're really just who you are! And one of those guys that I'd like to have lunch with on a lazy hazy LA afternoon. Ain't a lot of guys I say that about! What's g...

Blarg.........I HAVE a breathing problem at night. I MUST use a device in order to breathe. If I don't use this device, I am impaired substantially during my waking hours. It is a life threatening impairment, and is a CHRONIC condition. It could lead to a heart attack or stroke. Thanks for the clari...

Do WE have a disability?

I've been asked on an application for employment if I have a disability. They define disability as: "A disabled person is defined as someone who has a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more major life activities, has a record of such an impairment, or is regarded as have...

A good, positive attitude is very important. And READ this forum every day. Have a wonderful sleep tonight. It's a bit strange, but as I remember so many, many years ago, so was the first night sleeping with my wife on our wedding night. It was strange to have someone else in my bed. But now I can't...

Two weeks on APAP - I'm in love!

Hi y'all, It's been two weeks on APAP and I am in love with it. (Can I be in love with an inanimate object?) I sleep through the night, my dreams are interesting but never the "struggle" type, no rainout and I wake up without the dry mouth I used to have. I'm just starting to feel like a human again...

Just a trace. Never had it before. It's happened for two days now. I usually need to blow my nose first t...

Try to relax and read all these posts again. I JUST started APAP with a ComfortGel mask. Although I've ordered a FFM for emergencies, I'm using the CG now. When I received my equipment I tried it on and did the adjustments one afternoon before my first night. The sound of Velcro is history. Here's w...

Hi Becka, Since I can remember.........as a very young child through most of my adult life...I slept wonderfully. I can remember waking up as an eight year old at almost noon with the most wonderful feeling of "wellness" and tranquility. Sleep was such a blessing back then. Sleep was as smooth and f...

Hi Cat, Yes, I do feel better. As I said, it's only been three nights but I don't wake up feeling like I want to take a nap. I knew it was time to do something when I opened my eyes to find my wife standing over me and I was looking down the barrel of my .380! Not really, but she was close to sendin...
