Re: Virtuclean cpap cleaner
I was thinking to buy SoClean2 or Virtuclean. Then I noticed that Cpap.com does not sell it, which I thought strange. However Apria (consumer site) sells both (20% sale now). I came here to see what people were saying. The beauty of reactive gases is their ability to diffuse everywhere and get to pl...

Re: Think I buggered my SD card for S9
I think you are fine. While I have a built in SD card reader, I use 2 SD cards including 1 which did not come with the S9. It was blank when I started using it. I believe the S9 will populate it as needed when it is in the S9. Using 2 cards does result in redundant data (compliance) and I am frequen...

Re: New SWIFT FX--ANYONE using it yet?
I'm using a homemade hose management system with my FX and that helps a lot (I've done some tweaking to my orginal set up and will be blogging about it soon). The hose hangs over my head, so the vent holes blow up at the ceiling instead of down on me. In addition, the angle of the hose in my hose m...

Re: Newbie would like to hear success stories, please.
I do not use a CPAP but thought you might like to hear from the spouse of someone who does. The first time I slept with my now husband, I knew our relationship was going to be a challenge. He tried to suck the paint off the walls (truly) and I had to keep elbowing him to make hm breathe. I woke up ...

Re: Tips for SWIFT users!!
Help I am confused. This thread seems to be about the SWIFT LT and not the Swift FX which I have though I am not sure. it was a bit equivocal because some people posting indicate they use the Swift FX, some refer to Swift LT and most just say SWIFT. It would help (me) a lot if people would go back a...

Re: How to use Oximeter adapter on S9 xPAP machine ?
Resmed makes a specific oximetry adapter for the S9. I work at a DME and we can order them from Resmed for $149, I would guess that that is the only way to get one right now. Just ask a provider if you can buy one. Dont pay too much for it. If you use this adapter it will show up on you rescan down...

Re: How to use Oximeter adapter on S9 xPAP machine ?
Anyone know what pulse oximeters are compatible with S9 Oximeter adapter (listed in specs under DATA OPTIONS). The only ResMed pulse oximeter I see is the S9 ApneaLink device which is a more full featured diagnostic device than needed (and which would not appear to be compatible with CPAP anyway). ...

Re: What would forum look like if all had data capable machines?
In regard to the topic, all I have to say is, "I am SO thankful for the data!" I don't know where my therapy would be if I couldn't track my results data. And I don't know how I would be doing if I hadn't found this wonderful forum. The sleep doctor certainly didn't help. I have been on my apap for...

Re: What would forum look like if all had data capable machines?
Dream on, Elena! Personally, I think manufacturers and DME's should not be allowed to sell machines that are not data capable! With the poor follow-up many people get, many of those that are willing to sleep hooked up to the machine may be getting little or no therapy and not even know it if they d...
