I can't think of any reason why it would draw more power. I think they just put a smaller, cheaper motor in the 11 to save themselves money.

I'm sure they'll pass those savings along to their customers.....

I would opt for the ResMed AirSense 10 Autoset. It has a bigger motor than the 11. Thanks for that info.
