I use Mirage Swift Nasal Pillow. I was fitted with the small, but after reading a post here, I decided that maybe the medium might work for me....it gives me a much better fit.

Hi Andrew.... I too have the nasal pillows ....I have been using my c-pap for a month now. I also had some discomfort at first, but it is much better now. Rotating seems to help....also having the right size pillow for you. Don't give up...my life is so much better now that I am enjoying sound sleep...
