Wow. I'm not sure if I should be mad or glad. I had to run to an appointment and before I could get home and read all the posts as to where to find the machine I asked about. By the time I went to the website, I could not find the legacy machine anywhere. When I called them, they told me that the la...

source for older model Remstar Auto w/c-flex?

I'm looking to buy the older Remstar Auto w/c-flex as a backup to my current machine. We are going on a 5 year voyage on a small boat and the current Remstar Auto (same machine) has about 8500 hours on it and I'm afraid it may die during my trip. I didn't want to be without my machine in some 3rd wo...

My computer datae and time are accurate. I do unplug my machine frequently since I cart it from home to a boat and for business travel. I also normally delete my data from the smart card each time I upload to the computer(I recently read that I should not do this). Never had a problem until recently...

Where do I change the current date in either the software or REMstar Auto C-Flex CPAP? When I download data through my smart card reader into encore pro V1.8i, it thinks it's August 1998 instaead of 2007. Otherwise the data looks real.

Wading, Why do you think it's unlikely that I'll need the backup machine. My REMstar Auto C-Flex CPAP will be three years old when I push off and salt air can cause troubles with electronics and circuit boards. I've been using it so long, that I can emagine even one night with one. WHEN it dies, why...

M-series Auto A-flex / software / Vista

I'm considering buying a M-series Auto A-flex (out of pocket) as a second machine and am confused as to whether I will be able to view the sleep data with my card reader and software. My current machine is a REMstar Auto C-Flex CPAP with Heated Humidifier and I read the data on my computer with a Sm...

An Auto is normally set for a range of pressures...say 8 (cm of H2O) to 14. The machine will stay at the low setting until you need the higher pressure and then will slowly return to the lower pressure once your event has been stopped. Most people set the top end fairly high at first and then lower ...

I'm just another satisfied REMstar Auto with C-Flex (autopap) user. I bought the reader package from CPAP.com and I love Derek's software. Thanks again for all the advice to us new users.

Thanks again. One less battle with the DME. Is there any adjustment on the heated humidifier with the REMstar Auto with CFlex? I had a CPAP that I could dial in humidity. This machines humidifier is either on or off>
