For the first few weeks I found myself obsessing with the data, and I finally realized the machine was controlling me! I have now taken over. By the way, the humidifier reservour says "do not fill above line". You can fill it with whatever amount is right for you.

By the way, this mask has worked great since then--I can loosen the straps a few minutes after the initial seal, and my average leak is 30.7. Stay with this one....yeah I know its the Bad Guys who make it. On their web site they describe the UMII as "simply the best". I have tried a number of masks,...

My post on 11/17/06: I picked up my stuff from Apria last week. The "therapist" set up my auto cpap without enabling C-flex, but that was nothing compared to what she did to the mask (Resmed Ultra Mirage II). She apparently removed the plastic cover that snaps over the vent slots and dicarded it, re...

Hi--I did run that program when I installed the software a month ago, and I always click "no" when the "erase data?" comes up. Did not have a problem until yesterday...I don't get it.

Encore Pro-Glitch?

When I do my download from the smartcard, all seems normal, but when I double click on "sleep therapy compliance download", I get the usual box, but the "date range" is greyed out. I have not erased the card. What am I doing wrong? Thanks!

WestResid: Put yourself in cpap.com's position for a second...You make a mistake which you immediately try to correct, and the customer wants to post a complaint about lousy service on your website. You have spent a lot of time and money building a business and web site. Why would you post a complai...

If the O2 level is below 80% thats pretty serious.....do many people measure that low? Besides, I don't think readytosleep mentioned an O2 problem....

90% Pressure

Should the 90% pressure number from Encore Pro be used to establish the lower end of the APAP range? My Avg. pressure is 8.7, my 90% pressure is 10.

I would guess that if one had a sleep study and their AHI was 6 or 7, CPAP therapy would probably not be reccommended. So if you have an AHI of 6-7 from therapy, its probably fine (especially relative to what it was!)

Full Face Mask: Strike Three?

Hi Everyone....I have tried the following FF masks: Comfortfull 2 (leaked from sides), F&P 432 (large size leaked from bottom), Hybrid (sealable but develops leaks quickly). I guess my face is longer and narrower than most. My nose mask is ok when I use Chin-Up strips, but sooner or later I will get...
