I'm a side sleeper...and I flip sides during the night. This design would definitely keep me from doing that...or at least be quite uncomfortable on one side.

The Direct Seal system works better than the nasal pillow option. I'm impressed. Best night's sleep I've had in a while! I'm a convert!
