Hello Everyone,
Has anyone ever tried auriculotherapy acupoint pressure for sleep apnea? I have read that it can help. I must admit I am kind of a skeptic when it comes to accupuncture. Any info welcomed.

thanks for the tips. The more I read the more it seems people are in favor of the Humidifier.
