ok, took it all apart. It was already put together when I got except for strap. Put it back together with the M mouth piece. Made sure it was all fitting perfect and still the tornado like sound from that elbow. Once i place my fingers over that, it's really quiet. I don't get it.

I just gor my Hybrid today from cpap.com. This thing is very very noisy. I don't get it. It's the vent on the elbow. GOt all the data read since I had it. I don't really have a clue how to read it. Both MyEncore and Encore Pro Analyzer both crash on startup, so I can't use those graphs.

well, both this and MyEncore both crash for me at startup. I think it's cause my database is on another computer.
How does this connect to the database? Does it read the Encore Pro config or something?
