Goodnight 420E & 425

I understand that the Goodnight 420E is auto-adjusting. There is a sensor tube inside the hose. I was wondering if the 425 (bi-pap) also has the sensoer tube?

ResMed S8

Has anybody heard anything about ResMed coming out with a S8 Elite or a S8 Spirit? I know there is a S8 Escape, but I understand that it does not have expiratory relief.

Are the new S8 machines gonna be worth waiting for? Which is better - the new RemStar Pro2 with Cflex or the RemStar pro? Or do you have another suggestion?

Infinity

Were the pillows uncomfortasble? I'm using a Breeze now and have seen a close-up of the Infinity - looks like the pillows are inserted further into the nostril.

How much of a problem is this and exactly how far into t...

Has anybody tried the new Infinity nasal mask form Fisher & Paykel?
How about the SNAPP by Tiara?

Re: MirageActiva

I tried an Activa and found that it was too big for my face. It sealed really well, and was comfortable enough. The problem was that when the bellows puffed out, it covered more of my face than io preferred. The lower part of the bellows covered my upper lip and I found that to be aggravating.
