Before you do anything, try raising the bed or buy a bed wedge (available in surgical supply or online for about $27). I had EXACTLY the same with regurg etc ..........100% gone now since the bed wedge. Picture your stomach as a glass turned on its side ...contents spillout and you get regurg. Raisi...

One of my masks is the FP 431 and it also makes the bridge of my nose sore so that I rarely use it. I have read of a few others with the same problem. Perhaps if enough people give them the same feedback they might feel compelled to offfer a solution as they would realize that these people would be ...

I agree that it sounds like you dont have a good fit with your mask. That being said, I always was a mouth breather and when I started cpap I was given a nasal mask.......didnt work because air kept coming OUT of my mouth....tried chin strap....no help.....was given several FF masks but sealing was ...

tubing change intervals?
I have had my original machine and tubing over for over a year. I just read on a site that tubing and water pans in humidifiers should be changed every 3 months . This was news to me. Does anyone have any opinion on this based on medical fact or is this just hype to sell more products? This was post...

Night......re the pillows.......the ones under you head just bend your neck, you can use 10 and it wont help. Just take one of those and put it flat under your shoulders (same direction as your other pillows) and leave the 2 under your head and your good to go.

Night...had the same problems w/ reflux and air. Bought a bed wedge (4 inch high, not 7") for about $27. Reflux is 100% gone.......air problem 50-75% improved. Its all about the angles. You can test if it will work for you in the following way. At bedtime, use one pillow under your shoulder and 2 un...

Ive had a problem with a ringing in my ears off and on for some time now. The more I think about it the more I realize that it coincided with the time I started CPAP...........over a year ago. Anyone else ever experience this? Guessing it might be the air pressure affecting me some way..........no h...

Heated hose question
Thanks Snoredog........the adapter I have provides for different settings , so that is an option. Can you or anyone give me some tips on how to effectively clean this hose? My previous hose was just immersed in water which is obviously not going to work here.
