Thanks Snoredog...I don't remember if I installed the MAKO software, I did whatever the instructions with the EncorePro said to do. But I will uninstall the driver and reinstall as you suggest! Maybe I can resurrect my bad card!

Removing the card improperly has not been my problem. One corrupted during the night while the BiPAP was running...not upon removal.
