I am trying to find a way to combine a couple of ".pat" files together - I want to keep the night profiles from them. Does anyone know a way of doing this? Or is it necessary to export the files to Excel and fiddle around?

Hi I have a problem with the Resmed Autoscan 5.7 software. When I save the data from the smartcard to my patient file, I am finding that some of the days the data is missing.
