I have updated to the newest version of 0.5a and still can not get any graphs. 2.0 .NET is installed on Windows XP SP2 and Encore Pro 1.6i. I am new to the CPAP thing. I was getting the same response and figured out the problem. The reader did not like going through a USB hub, once I plugged the reader straight into the computer it works like a top.
