Doc started me on 200mg/day. I did not really feel a difference. Bumped me up to 300mg/day, still no change. Going in this afternoon to seek alternative method. All in all, not impressed with provigil.

Since I started cpap two months ago, I think I've only had two reflux episides. I typically would have an episode every other day, if not every day. My doc says that with osa, your stomach never gets to fully digest while your sleeping, because you never get a complete nights sleep.

ARE YOU A SMOKER? When I used to smoke, my wife always said that my nasal exhalation smelled real bad. It would get worse the heavier I smoked. Went away altogether when I quit.

Leaky Swift

Had the same thing happening with my Swift after a couple of weeks. What I did two nights ago was loosen up all the straps, and re-adjust headgear. This really made a difference. I guess I did'nt realize that over time things got loose, and giving one strap or two a tug here and there slowly got thi...

Gas anyone?

Been on on Resmed elite for just over a month now, and using the swift nasal pillows. All in all, things are going pretty well. However, it seems that since I've started treatment I have had terrible abdominal gas! (flattuence).

Has this been a problem for anyone else?

Thanks, Jim
