Happy Dance!

Just had to tell someone! Each night I've been writing down the stats from my display. Tonight was the first time ever that I've had 7 of 7 nights with greater than four-hour sessions! For the past 30 days the rate was 14/30 so you can tell that this really is a HUGE milestone for me! Thank you CPAP...

Thanks everyone. Sounds like the consensus is that I need to raise the lower pressure first and then work with the upper limit only if I have to. I'll try it tonight. Who knows I may actually wake up with the mask on in the morning!

What do you think of this plan?

I've been on an APAP machine for a little over four months and still struggling to get more than a few hours each night with the mask on. I typically wake up and find that I've taken the mask off sometime after 3 to 4 hours. My prescription was for a pressure range of 5-12 and I've left it that way....

I developed vertigo that was much worse in the mornings, and would clear-up by mid-afternoon. I went to my PCP who said she really offer anything other than drugs for the vertigo.
