My cat loves playing with the air coming out of the vent on my mask. I have to lock him outside of the bedroom to get any rest, there is no other solution I am aware of. You might want to check out this article: http://www.associatedcontent.com/articl ... apnea.html

javascript:emoticon(':idea:') IdeaYou may want to try different head gear. I've tried many and found that the nasal pads just don't work for me and each one I tried irritated my nose. Course this could be because I've got a big schnoz. I've got the Breeze Dreamseal and just love it, very comfortable...

Love it! My favorite story iinvolves my first week of wearing a CPAP mask. I woke up in the middle of the night with my headgear still on, at the same time as my son. He screamed bloody murder! Apparently he thought I was the alien beast chasing Arnold Schwarzenegger in the Predator movie.

Hang in there, Abbey. It takes a while to adjust to having air blowing in your nose and keeping your mouth shut (that was the hardest part for me) because if you snore, of course you are breathing through your mouth at night.
