Swift straps cover ears or too tight - any help?
Hi I've found with my Swift mask that i can't get the headgear to fit comfortably. I find the Y joint where the straps split into 2 on the sides is right over my ears. If I pull them back behind my ears it hurts my poor old ears and then I also need to tighten the straps too much so it pushes so har...

Your doc is wrong only a fraction of us stop "mouthbreathing" and losing therapy. Most of us tape our mouths shut. Can use a chin strap or ace bandage too, but the tape for a lot of us is key.
