The thing with people is that when they see you they see someone overweight, not knowing what your weight actually is or your gaining or losing.
Remember you are not alone in this, that we will still care about no matter your weight.

Probably the biggest.
I am a 6'0" male weighing in a hefty 475 lbs. About 66 BMI. That makes me the largest of the people who have listed their weight so far and subject to change.. I feel for those of you who are too embarrassed to post your weight, it is, understandable as people don't want to be known for their size. ...

California Driving
I live in California and was concerned about my condition being reported to Department of Motor Vehicles, but my doctor said nothing about this. I tried to check what reporting requirements there are here, but it is a little vague and is somewhat open to interpretation (the info I was able to find)....

Overnight trips
Do they understand the most machines travel with you? I think that if you take your machine with you, you should be ok. I know the real subject is the management allowing you to work these trips. You might want to check more into the insurance question and see if there are any solutions to their con...

Dreaming during sleep study.
I felt good after my sleep study but vaguely remembered my dreams. My technician said I was doing a lot of dreaming during my sleep study after they started me on cpap . The weird thing was that I dreamt about the sleep center but with a huge satellite dish on top and I was a few blocks away trying...

Water Vapor
I would think that as long as the air remains warm the water vapor from the humidifier would remain as part of the air. When air cools down the water vapor condenses because cool air holds less moisture than warm air. Air that has been heated by your humidifier and the warm water and heated by your ...

Thanks onlyme. This sound serious.
I plan to get it checked out as fast as possible, preferrably by a specialist. When I talk to my regular doctor or my sleep specialist, they don't show much concern, but thanks for letting me know. Now I can do some research and get better attention from my doctor when I go to see him. Thanks again....

The medical profession should treat Sleep Apnea more
urgently. I had to wade through the process from Dec 04, to March/April 05. I finally have the machine but do to cost cutting insurance and DME 's that want a good profit margin, I have the cheap machine. I would like to have had an APAP so I can better treat my OSA. From my experience, I would say ...

I too have open wounds.
I have an open wound on the back of my leg just above 3 inches the left heel. I have a small wound on the front of right shin a little above the ankle. My legs are red and have been very dark at times. With the cpap therapy I am on my legs have gotten a little less red. I think non-healing wounds or...
