I just got off the phone with Resmed tech support. They cant figure it out either. How can I tell if the card is bad? Have you had trouble or known of anyone with bad cards?

I am installing the resmed resscan card and the autoscan 5.7 software. The software will not recognize the resscan card. Anyone have a similar problem? I am an IT person and I have tried everything under the sun on my PC to get the software to see the card. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
