Sleepguy graciously included me in his most recent trial and I received my kit yesterday.

I started out with clear, but got it too strong so I changed to Peace. I slept like a baby. It was absolutely wonderful. I can't wait to try out some of the other scents when payday comes around.

I'm running version 1.8 and it says it cannot connect to the smart card reader. I've got it plugged in to the same usb port it was installed at. Any idea how to fix this?

I have both the ultra mirage and the quattro. My favorite of those two is the ultra mirage.

It didn't some off at the opening on the mask. It came off the valve frame. The membrane is still attached to the elbow. I can't get the elbow to lock into the valve frame. Is there a special clip for it too?

The other night, the swivel elbow on my mask came off. I can't for the life of me figure out how to get it back on. I've re attached it, but it's not "locking" in. I have no idea how it came apart either.

What should I do?

How can I get a copy of Encore Pro that is compatible with Vista? I have an old version. It installs and I have the card reader hooked up, but when I go to download the information it doesn't communicate with the database. I'm assuming that this is a Vista/Encore Pro problem. I used the quattro for the first time last night. It seems to be a lighter mask than the ultra mirage. I only had a few leaks. Over all I think I'll like it.

I called my DME because my mask broke last week and they informed me that they no longer carry the Ultra mirage fF mask. They told me they will send me the quattro ff mask.

Have any of you gone from the ultra mirage to the quattro? Was there much difference between them?

I've been on Synthroid for over 4 years now, and on APAP for 3. I've not had any adverse effects from the Synthroid.

I could tell a big difference in how I felt whenever I started the Synthroid.

I found my software and it looks like I'm out of luck. I have version 1.4.

I wonder if anyone would be interested in purchasing the software and card reader for a small fee? If so, how would I go about selling it?

Does anybody know if Encore Pro is compatible with Windows Vista? I purchased the software a few years back and I'm not quite sure where I've put it.
