i have been waiting to get a hybrid mask since they came out from resmed,but dme tells me he cant get his hands on one, i find that hard to believe, so i have been using my same swift nasal pillows since last july, i cant ever get any service from them, i now have purchased my own apap, from cpap.co...

my smart was not detected after 4 times of using it, i tried all suggestions from the forum, so i uninstalled the program and reinstalled the program again. apparently it did not install, because i never got the encore pro icon on desktop, now when i insert the cd rom into the cd drive it doesnt do ...
