The mask was called the Aura and the Headrest. The factory that made it burned and that ended that.

So I finally received my re-certified bipap machine for the recalled one. They want the old one sent back. Doesn't it have private info in its memory? If so, how do I clear that off the machine? Does it matter? I did remove the memory card. Were they supposed to send new humidifier too? They didn't....
