Thanks for your reviews and information on the swit II update kit. I love the swift 1 I have, but the exhale noise drives my wife nuts. I ordered the II upgrade kit and it should please my wife.

Thanks

Welcome to the UHC club. UHC likes to "rent" for a time frame and then switches to a purchase. The DME would not have given you the machine unless they had approval from UHC.

Ask the DME for a copy of the bill sent to UHC so you will know what your percentage will be.

Well I called my DME yesterday. Told them my humidifier tank was leaking. I got a package today from them New M series humidifier complete package. So I will call them tommorow to see what needs to be done to the old one.

Thanks Apria in Tustin, CA for the quick service.

I have an M series CPAP with integrated humidifier. The past couple of mornings I have woken up I am out of water and I have a puddle under the CPAP machine. I can not see where it is comming from. Any Ideas?

I would call Nancy in the afternoon. The more you are on top of this the better off you are.

I have learned with any DME of any type you have to keep on them, even the good ones since they can get backed up.
