On this chart it looks like the sequence is snore first, causing you to move and dislodge your mask.
I agree you need a higher minimum - see if you can get rid of the snores.
A jump from minimum 9 to minimum 11 may be uncomfortable. If it is, consider making the change it more gradually.

Re: Past Pest back to bother you again
Welcome back, Gene. How long have you been back on your CPAP? Are you using the Viatom ring now? How can we help you? There's a way of sharing your data from SleepHQ by creating a public link to it, not by making a screenshot How to create a publicly viewable link to your data on SleepHQ I wouldn't ...

Re: Seeking Advice on CPAP Efficacy
When you meet the doctor, what will you tell him about the settings you changed? I'll explain that the initial settings didn't seem to help much, so I decided to experiment a bit to see if I could find a more effective setup. It might be worth trying out some straightforward adjustments, starting w...

Re: Seeking Advice on CPAP Efficacy
Maybe you don't need a firware update. Do you know how to check your firmware version? I think the "how" is mentioed in the presentation I linked to. The doctor, intentionally or not, set you up with a very low exhale pressure (EPAP), and a relatively narrow range - but we don't know why. Did you ha...

Re: Seeking Advice on CPAP Efficacy
Interestingly, the data from my O2Ring seem to closely correlate with the readings from the CPAP machine. However, when I catch up on sleep without using the CPAP, the O2Ring shows similar data to when I am using the machine. Does this suggest that the CPAP is not effective for me? No, it suggests ...

Re: Confused regarding Mask/Tubing/Humidifier Tub Cleaner
One question I had though, is it ok to take the humidifier tub out of the machine while it is in cool down mode (still pushing out a low flow of air with the snow flake symbol on the screen). It seems to take about an hour to 1.5hrs for it to cool down of a morning and I can't really wait that long...

The way to avoid rain out is to raise temp at the same time you raise humidity. Warmer air can carry more moisture without it turning into water.

Ozij, the type of oximeter the patient owns is irrelevant. Did you see me mention anything about the oximeter you do or di not own? If it was not a professional one, ask your pulmonologist for a night of professional oxygen tracking. Let me empasise the above: ask your pulmonologist for a night of ...
