Re: general question about flow limitations
Is this even remotely what you're talking about? I'm not even sure how I got this. I was hoping for something that included a central, but this popped up from who-knows-where. You got this by trying to scroll up and down with the arrow buttons. On OSCAR, they create zoom in (up) and zoom out...

Re: AHI 0.0 8 nights in a row.. is this a malfunction?
Nothing in the charts looks "stuck" to me. Your machine is recording flow limitations, and responding to them by raising the pressure. Your machine is recording snores, and responding to them by raising the pressure. Your machine is recording a changing flow rate, and you can see the flow change whe...

Re: Oscar
Of course "real" OSCAR has a password!
@socer9: I don't know how you can reset the password, but you can create a new profile for yourself
Or contact the OSCAR team.

Re: Past Pest back to bother you again
My memory is faulty but I would guess two weeks back on cpap. And I use the O2 ring every night [forgot one night- see faulty memory- I have to number my medications [there are eight +vitamins] because I get mixed up on if I have or have not taken them as I proceed]. I can ask my MD if she will get...

Re: standard or soft response
I was creeping my low number up toward what the machine was telling me I was reaching every night (10 point something) Is that the maximum you were reaching every night, or the median? Big difference. I actually don't know. Which shows up the the screen of the airsense 11? I don't know. I use fixed...

Re: Please help with interpreting Oscar data
On this chart it looks like the sequence is snore first, causing you to move and dislodge your mask.
I agree you need a higher minimum - see if you can get rid of the snores.
A jump from minimum 9 to minimum 11 may be uncomfortable. If it is, consider making the change it more gradually.

Re: Past Pest back to bother you again
Welcome back, Gene. How long have you been back on your CPAP? Are you using the Viatom ring now? How can we help you? There's a way of sharing your data from SleepHQ by creating a public link to it, not by making a screenshot How to create a publicly viewable link to your data on SleepHQ I wouldn't ...

Re: Seeking Advice on CPAP Efficacy
When you meet the doctor, what will you tell him about the settings you changed? I'll explain that the initial settings didn't seem to help much, so I decided to experiment a bit to see if I could find a more effective setup. It might be worth trying out some straightforward adjustments, starting w...

Re: Seeking Advice on CPAP Efficacy
Maybe you don't need a firware update. Do you know how to check your firmware version? I think the "how" is mentioed in the presentation I linked to. The doctor, intentionally or not, set you up with a very low exhale pressure (EPAP), and a relatively narrow range - but we don't know why. Did you ha...

Re: Seeking Advice on CPAP Efficacy
Interestingly, the data from my O2Ring seem to closely correlate with the readings from the CPAP machine. However, when I catch up on sleep without using the CPAP, the O2Ring shows similar data to when I am using the machine. Does this suggest that the CPAP is not effective for me? No, it suggests ...
