I also use the Swift, and I've never noticed any lines on my face. When I used a different "regular" mask, I did notice marks on my forehead (unfortunatly, my forehead pretty much cover the majority of my scalp ) and on the top of an under my nose.

Is this a common problem with the Swift system?

I have been using the Swift for 6 months and have 100% compliance. I find it to be comfortable, and way more unabtrusive than a "regular" mask. Just resist the temptation of tightening it too much, or it can cause some pain.

I called the DME supplier. They said they substituted the Goodnight because of the Dr's orders. He said my Dr specified plain CPAP w/ no C-Flex or APAP w/ cool humidity. OK, now I think I am really ticked at the DME supplier. The machine I was invoiced for is a Remstar Plus W/ C-Flex, and the machine tey brought is a Goodknight 418A.

I am assuming the Remstar is a better unit?????

I just got the machine last week. And, the invoice is for $1620!

Do I have any recourse at this point????????

I've read a lot of posts from people talking about the numbers they get from their CPAP machines. How does one access that information?

I have a Remstar 418A, and the only info I see is the time (when off) and current pressure setting, when on.
