I’ve used the M- series with heated humidifier since Nov. 2006. I like it a lot and have never had any trouble with the humidifier. I take it apart to clean every 3 months or so. I’ve always watched the seal when I close it, and if it twists, I redo it. A little water on the seal helps it to seal pr...

I received my SPO 7500 today, with software and cable. It was shipped overnight as promised. Being in business myself, I know how things can sometimes go sideways. While it took a while to straighten out, Med1online came through in the end, honored the below cost price, and delivered the unit overni...

I emailed them today about my order placed on January 9th, and I got this response. I welcome input on how to proceed. Brian, We are anticipating a shipment of SPO pulse oximeters to come in this week. The unfortunate part of this is that our cost of the units is greater than the price of $249. I ca...

If all is well, you should have a follow up 6 to 8 weeks after your sleep study/receipt of equipment, the a 6 month follow up, and annually after that. Unless of course you think something is not right, then you should make an appointment. I'm always amazed when someone says they have never met thei...

And today, my christmas present came early... My claim was rejected with a code "258 - claim submitted to Blue Cross / Blue Shield plan where service were rendered." This is nothing to worry about. The claim just needs to be sent to the proper office. I have Highmark BCBS, which is in Pennsylvania....

My thinking is, if you don't buy the product being challenged, in this case the swift II, from cpap.com, you won't be selected for the challenge. Otherwise they can't verify that you actually have the product being challenged. So if you are not a cpap.com customer, it is a waste of time to enroll. T...

I'm in Portland and I used Oregon Sleep associates. Split night study, saw the sleep doctor when I woke up, he explained the results, said I could get a CPAP anywhere I wanted but they could set me up then if I wanted. So I walked out of the sleep study with a Remstar pro2 under my arm. (This was be...

I have a 19.5 AH battery pack and it runs my M-series Auto set at 8-15, running at 8-12, average pressure of 10.5, 90% pressure of 11. It will run for 18 hours before shutting off. I put the pack together with werker batteries (one 12 AH and one 7.5 AH wired together) from batteries plus. This is ru...

quote="Goofproof"] When I look at a disassembled tank at http://www.internetage.com/cpapinfo/ , I don't see any evidence that there is cooling air being diverted from the breathing circuit. The "Tank and the "M"eries, are not the same units, neighter are the Resmed's or PB's or VWs. Jim I understand...

I really don't think they are concerned about cooling the circuit board, I don't think it generates enough heat to bother with. When I look at a disassembled tank at http://www.internetage.com/cpapinfo/ , I don't see any evidence that there is cooling air being diverted from the breathing circuit. I...

Yes, this filter/sound absorber is definitely on the breathing circuit. They must have figured the air coming through the two little holes was irrelevant, but the amount of dust we are finding proves otherwise. As dirty as mine was, I'm more than happy to risk invalidating the warranty to know that ...

I was changing my foam and ultra fine filters the other day. While wipeing down the rest of machine I decided to take out the little screw on bottom of the machine directly under the filters to see what this was holding. The filter holder came off and there was another foam filter at the bottom of t...

I was referred to Oregon Sleep Assoc. in Portland, Or by my GP. I couldn't have been happier with the service. Meet with the sleep doc who evaluated me.
