Apria
You got very lucky Paul. From what I hear and experienced, Apria is far from being caring and concerned about their customers/patients. Their main concern is the bottom line.

APRIA SUCKS!
I too had the not great pleasure of having to deal with Apria. After having been told by the sleep lab that I would be contacted and an appointment set up to go over everything, I found out this was not the case. When I called Apria directly they had no idea and transferred me to the Apria division ...

Direct Seal
I don't know where I got Dream Seal from. Thank you for your help. I have a slightly deviated septum. I wanted to order the Direct Seal when I ordered the mask but my stupid provider didn't have the option. I knew I wouldn't like the pillows that much b/c I didn't care for them that much w/ the Swif...

Direct Seal
Has anyone gotten the Direct Seal interface with their CL2? I was possibly going to order them but didn't want to spend the money if they didn't work well.

Dream Seal Interface
Can some please tell me if the Dream Seal work well? I currently have the simple cushion and the nasal pillows, but was considering ordering the Dream Seal. I wanted to get some reviews before spending the money. Thanks!

ComfortLite2 not broken
No that is not a problem, it is supposed to do that. I'm surprised that the person or company giving you the mask did not tell you. Most, if not all, masks have that feature that allows the excess air to come out otherwise you would have extra air in there and would be really gassy. The only thing y...

Recommendation
One thing I have learned from reading posts on this site is that everyone is different. So while it is great to get recommendations on which is the best mask, until you get fitted, you really never know. For example, I knew that I would be uncomfortable with a full face or even a nasal mask. When I ...

Hybrid
Thanks for the recommendations. I read the posts on the Hybrid and have done other research on it as well. I was just concerned with paying that much for a mask w/ only the hope that it might work. I have read several success stories but I've read some failures too. I'm not sure that my insurance co...

My experience
I am new to all this CPAP stuff like many that I have seen posting on here. I currently have a Remstar w/ C-Flex and humidifier set at 11. I use the Swift Nasal Pillows w/ it. I discovered I was a mouth breather when I used the humidifier b/c every time I used it, I woke up with dry mouth and ended ...
