Well, I will see how the nose breathing goes now knowing that I shouldn't get any worse results. Probably will help out with dry mouth. Seems like most of the time I am congested in the nose area. We shall see!
Since I do have a card reader and the software I will be able to track!

Hey, just moved from there to Fishers. Got about the same amount of snow...well except a heck of a lot more once the plows came through at the end of our drive.

Trying to nose breathe using a full face mask
Just curious if anyone who has a full face mask has tried to breathe through their nose. If so, I wonder if the AHI results are the same for both nose and mouth breathing. The reason I ask is that I have recently added a Fisher-Paykel Flexifit mask that comfortably fits under the chin that seems to ...

Well it sounds like CPAP.com is the way to go. I ordered it through them and should be here soon.
Now, if I could just hook that up to my treadmill, refrigerator, and scales and put them all in sync I would have it made!!
I think Derek is working on that already.

And, what better way to prove this than to get an APAP machine that can track this information for you. I have a straight CPAP set at 10cm H2O and have inquired about getting the Remstar Auto w/CFlex. Pending the insurance/DME hassle, I hope to get it soon. Currently I have the Remstar Pro w/ CFlex ...

Listen to your body! Tina You listen to my body, and I will listen to yours!!! But seriously folks...I am just barely averaging 6 hours a night. I would love to make at least one night a 10er. But, my 4 year old girl thinks it's fun to get up at 6:00 a.m. on the weekends. I am glad at least my 6 ho...

This is me...pre CPAP . What you can't see is my pride and joy 4 year old daughter. After watching the story on Reggie White after he died (just after my wife's mom died, Nov. 2004) I decided I needed to be around a bit longer for my wife and daughter's sake, so I got hooked up!! No pun intended. Th...

xPAP Movie Coming Soon To Theatres Near You!!
Okay, since I am able to dream again my imagination has gone off the charts. I am picturing a movie, more like a science fiction movie or just even a cartoon that involves a character with sleep apnea. I keep hearing how the xPAP therapy is harmless unless the machine is dropped on the head. Anyway,...
