Actually, there is a provider manual for the Respironics M Series Auto machine. I purchased it on eBay for $6.95.

I have used both Resmed S8 Vantage and now have the M Series Auto. In my opinion, the M Series auto is SIGNIFICANTLY quieter than the S8 Vantage (My wife would also concur).
