Re: 1st Night on Quattro Air: What to Expect?

After seven excellent months on the Quattro FX, I've opted to use Quattro Air as of tonight. Any concerns or issues about which I should be alerted? As always, THANKS! You should be alerted to the fact that you're probably gonna LOVE this mask! I've used the Mirage Quattro since it came out. I have...

Nexcare Gentle Paper tape is awesome stuff! I need it when using most FF Masks.

Re: Countertop Distillers questions

I've been making my own distilled water for about 8 years. I use it mainly for the convenience of always having distilled on hand for CPAP. I don't really like the distilled taste so I add Concentrace mineral drops whenever I do drink it. (normally I just use Zero Water system for drinking) The mine...

Re: Stuffy nose suggestions requested

Thanks to everyone for all of the input. Just got back from the pharmacy and bought some Afrin and a pack of Breathe Right strips. Wow, the Afrin opens me up instantly and see why the Pharmacist said to use sparingly and for a max of 3 days. She recommended Sudafed and quickly said no as it can amp...

Re: Breathe-right Nasal Strips

I've been using breathe right strips every night for several years. For me, they reduce the amount of mouth breathing that I may do, which results in less dry mouth. I usually use the Mirage Quattro, and sometimes the QuattroFX. Are they worth trying? yes, definitely. If you buy the ten pack, it's r...

Re: OT: Antibiotic residue in dog treats made in CHINA

I was feeding my pack a PREMIUM, top of the line dog food, grain free, all meat, and made in USA! I don't really want to mention the brand here, but all my dogs got very sick about a year ago with salmonella that the food was infected with. There was a big recall on the food and I was reimbursed for...

Re: New computer/old software

Just got an offer for Windows 8 for $39.95, from Microsoft. Perhaps it's not selling as well as they would've liked?

I think I'll just continue saving for a Mac....

Re: FitLife Total Face Mask - $60

The masks in the above pics have elbows that are "clear"(not BLUE) and ORANGE. There is a third different type that actually is a BLUE color, but that does not have a regular exhaust port like the CLEAR and ORANGE ones do. The BLUE style is used ONLY for ventilator type use, and is generally not ava...

Re: FitLife Total Face Mask - $60

Yup, same thing happened to me Saturday afternoon. USPS drops off the FitLife and it lacks the gender/size adaptor. Fortunately had one from some previous hosing, so it worked. Now to learn how to adjust my head so I don't dislodge the mask while flipping from side to side. It surely isN'T my soft ...

Re: FitLife Total Face Mask - $60

My Fitlife Total Face from Sears Marketplace arrived without the adaptor also. It has an orange colored connection, unlike the clear plastic version that they show on the website. Luckily I had an adaptor that came from a Mirage Activa, from my ancient collection of old cpap masks. http://i1120.phot...

Re: FitLife Total Face Mask - $60

That seems like a really great price. I wonder why so cheap?
I never knew Sears sold CPAP stuff! But it would be worth checking out for the price.
