Re: OSA is going well, overall things maybe not
Yet again, thanks. Looking at tonight, I see that if not all, most of them are after a little bump… pointing to something else. Also, I had woken up enough that I remembered to try and simulate that mouth slightly open thing before turning it off, and sure enough that was detected as a CA! So yeah. ...

Re: OSA is going well, overall things maybe not
Oh yeah, I’ve been trying to replicate the conditions of the previous day best I can, to get meaningful data. However. Things different this time: no auto off, no Fluimucil, and damn I’m sure I’m missing a third, likely smaller thing. Uhm. Anyway similar meals and so on is my point. Looking at the d...

Re: OSA is going well, overall things maybe not
I clean my nose before bed and yesterday specifically I think it was fine. But I did have a few doubts about having stopped taking Fluimucil too soon (up to 10 days, but rarely I do less than 7 so this was unusual). I remember blocking one nostril at a time, and coming out of the experiment with a f...

Re: OSA is going well, overall things maybe not
Thanks to Sleepzilla for the very detailed explanation and the link to (for me anyway) wildly overkill pdf. Was still interesting to try and grasp the basics. So, to the meat of this message: a night without Fluimucil and here’s the result https://sleephq.com/public/ff812cc4-acf7-42a6-b1c0-2855bb966...

Re: OSA is going well, overall things maybe not
As far as helping, it does: I went from having drip in my throat, like a constant something half stuck there, needing to spit all the time and nose more stuffy than normal, to essentially normal. I could technically stop, and I guess I’ll try tonight? But that graph is the 4th night taking it. Damn,...

Re: OSA is going well, overall things maybe not
Sorry! As you can see I evidently edited the answers in while you were typing an answer, my bad. I don’t take anything to sleep. The only unusual thing going on is a bit of a stuffy nose and a… thing to make mucus more liquid or something? Anyway it’s a tablet in a glass of water at dinner. Still! Q...

Re: OSA is going well, overall things maybe not
Thanks for the reply! I have OSCAR (albeit 1.7.2 because that's seemingly the latest .rpm available?) but the zooming in is probably more valuable in my case than the average as my sleeping patterns have decades of accumulated mess and... the graph takes 24 full hours because of the midday reset. Ye...

OSA is going well, overall things maybe not
So I have reached 3 weeks of CPAP. First two titration on an AirSense 10 AutoSet, last one on my 11 AutoSet. Which is overkill for the prescribed 12.2 but I wanted a machine before being left out, and just got the most flexible one. I’m seeing OSA have dropped off to near zero per night and that’s a...

Re: New here! Can’t sleep lol
Triple digits? Damn that’s… I’m suddenly very much ok with not having anywhere near a high score, it can’t be nice. I think the what ifs are kept to a minimum, and that’s probably the machine’s doing too. Before? I can now tell the lack of sleep would cloud my mind and cause depression as a bonus, b...

New here! Can’t sleep lol
So yeah, can’t sleep so I thought why not register? Anyway… presentations are in order: recently (as in 17 days ago) diagnosed with OSA mostly because my Apple Watch has been nagging me about having that checked out for a couple of years. And speaking of, how’s an AHI of 50? I can’t find a straight ...
