Re: Aerophagia and hiccups are kicking my butt
That's a start. Need more time using that setting to get a better idea how well it works. Next thing to consider trying is reducing that fixed pressure of 7.8 (while keeping an eye on the OAs and hyponeas of course). Maybe something like 7.2 ...we don't know at what point the air doesn't seem to en...

Re: Aerophagia and hiccups are kicking my butt
@pugsy
Last night with epr 3 was decent. I was sleeping well until my son came in sick just before midnight

I did have some burping but it wasn't bad. We'll see if this continues.

Re: Aerophagia and hiccups are kicking my butt
Is EPR 3 and vcom compatible? Sorry but I don't know much about VCom thing but I don't see how it would be a problem. Maybe someone who uses it and EPR can offer their input. I definitely had them with EPR 2 so maybe I'll try 3? It's worth trying 3 EPR and if that doesn't offer needed relief then m...

Aerophagia and hiccups are kicking my butt
I'm at just about my 2-month mark for starting CPAP. Not every night, but once a week, I am getting woken up by pretty extreme stomach bloating or excessive hiccups. I could really use some help because it's very disruptive. I don't want to quit CPAP but starting to wonder if it's worth it with thes...

Re: Newbie, concerned about CAs / CSR like patterns, could use some insight
I was able to use your first link and took a short stroll and looked around. Again nothing but post arousal flagged events especially the central flags. I saw this on the May 18 th report (I think it was the 18 th or 17th) and it shows a good example of asleep breathing and SWJ central flag. https:...

Here's an example where there was some leak but not major all night https://sleephq.com/account/teams/vKmap ... id=YvNoaa - EPR2 Last night was pretty horrendous. Lots of leaks woke me up, and my partner said they could hear extra air blowing somewhere https://sleephq.com/account/teams/vKmap ... _i...

Re: Newbie, concerned about CAs / CSR like patterns, could use some insight
Thanks Pugsy! Did you happen to see any actual CA / CSRs in any of my previous nights? I just took screenshots of what I thought could be them, but not very good at finding examples, obviously. Maybe I am just being paranoid/anxious about the CAs even being flagged since my sleep study said I only h...

Newbie, concerned about CAs / CSR like patterns, could use some insight
Hello! I am a newbie and just 34 nights in and am still getting adjusted to the mask and pressure, etc. My usage has been good, though. I recently updated my settings to turn EPR: Off Minimum pressure: 6.2cm Maximum pressure: 8.8cm. I have 2 new masks coming in today because I know my leak has been ...
