I have the same problem. The CPAP shop will not give me a refund. I feel bad selling the machine but it has never been used.

I purchased a Transcend Micro Auto Travel CPAP Machine and the exhale does not seem to work. I increased the setting through my computer to the max - 3. That made very little difference. I have been searching for others with the same problem and found a Reddit board talking about it but that is all....
