The quietest nasal pillow interface in my experience is the Bravo...Its much quieter than the Swift II and is not so hard to breathe against like the Swift/Swift II.

The Hybrid is a truly revolutionary mask! Before it came out, thousands of mouth breathing patients like myself struggled with FF masks like UMFF, HC431 etc that blew air into my eyes and hurt the bridge of my nose. In fact, that's when I tried the Swift with a chin strap to get a break. That worked...

[No nasal pillow will give you zero leaks. Only nasal prongs (like the Nasal Aire II) can give you a complete seal, if you get the correct size. But then some people can't tolerate the prongs and they are very size dependant, that's why there are so many nasal pillows products. Not true! ... I get ...

Could you describe what configuration you are using? I just can't seem to get mine to stop leaking .... Some things you might want to try.... 1. Make sure you have the right size pillows. Some people may need a different size pillow for each nostril. If you are one of them, you can cut the thin str...

Bravo nasal pillows mask
Just completed my first month with the Bravo and I'll say - I love it! It is very soft, comfortable and quiet. Once I rotated the reservoir a bit to get the correct angle, the seal has ben great. I get no major leaks even when I toss and turn during sleep. I think it is because of the stable headgea...

Can you list all of the masks you have tried? Thanks. Sergey. I have tried the Swift, Hybrid, F&P HC431 and Bravo. I'm a mouth breather, so I must either use a mask that delivers air to both my nose and mouth (HC431, Hybrid) or use a nasal interface (Swift, Bravo) with a chin strap. I used the Swif...

You're having the same problem I had with the Bravo (I'm the one that traded it to diesalgal, btw). It's like my nostrils are too close together or something. I could push the pillows together and get a good seal, but I never could find any way to adjust the straps to hold them in that position. Mi...

I recommend the Bravo. I find it very comfortable for side sleeping. The pillows, tubing, barrel etc are soft and the headgear gives it stability and the pillows don't disloge easily when I toss and turn. My DME said they don't carry the Bravo, or the Nasal Aire II (a mask I'm looking) because they...

Re: BRAVO MASK - I need help
The main problem seems to be that the nose pillows don't go in the correct places to fit my nose and I have tried all sizes. I suspect you have the pillows inserted wrong. Read the manual and watch the DVD carefully. I found that the pillows had an orientation that matched the shape of my nares onl...

Debbie, I've been using the Bravo (with my chin strap) for the past 6 nights. In the past, I have used the Swift. My summary feedback is that it is very soft, comfortable and quiet. The reservoir (barrel) can be rotated to get the correct angle of the nasal pillows. Once I rotated the reservoir a bi...

I got my Bravo yesterday. I wore it for a couple of hours but didn't wear it during sleep because I couldn't find my chin strap. So, I slept with the Hybrid. During the 2 hours I wore the Bravo, I found it quite comfortable. To get the pillows more comfortably positioned, I rotated the reservoir a l...
