I think softPAP really on...

There's a reason the UK has one of the highest tax rates of all the other countries. Kinda like someone here i...

Re: Newbie would like to hear success stories, please.
My Sp02 (Oxygen) would go as low as 73%! when as we know it should be over 90%+ when we sleep, better to be over 95%..and I used to snore loudly... now with my Lowenstein Prisma SMART set on APAP... I don't snore, and I have an AHI is 2/3 (normal) and my Sp02 is now always above 95% all night...also...

Re: Why does Oscar and SleepHQ hightlight RERA lower than 10 secs?
Thanks for the link to the Lowenstein PrismaTS software! Its certainly better than Oscar or SleepHQ... as they seemed to be more designed for Resmed etc. if you wish, you may report this all to the forum member blue dragon. he is one of the people working on oscar and would welcome the feedback. he...

Re: Increase pressure, more leaks, higher AHI... why?
Not really going to comment on your observations. But on the the statistics page, you can see a a history of the machine settings changes and the ahi, you can then take a look at those time periods and see what the actual leaks were. Many have a habit of looking a single or short term anecdotal dat...

Re: Why does Oscar and SleepHQ hightlight RERA lower than 10 secs?
Great! I think this will be immensely helpful to all Prisma users. Thanks for the link to the Lowenstein PrismaTS software! Its certainly better than Oscar or SleepHQ... as they seemed to be more designed for Resmed etc. I might do a post about the Prisma when I learn a bit more. It is a good bit o...

This is a full night with SoftPAP on 2 so max on my Prisma SMART...as you can see...it doesn't show FLs at all.. it seems to just work on eFI, eMOs, eSO you can see with the yellow and red colours on the rMV line... the eMO line up wit...

Re: Why does Oscar and SleepHQ hightlight RERA lower than 10 secs?
Is that a day/can you pick a day with SoftPAP2 and terrible FL? That's zoomed in on last night to show the RERA and that lined up with eMO (the dark red bars at the bottom)...I'll have a look with SoftPAP on from another day...but it doesn't seem to show FLs at all...and the rest is about the same ...

Re: Increase pressure, more leaks, higher AHI... why?
Your maximum pressure is too low and your leaks are way to high...that's why you are having a problem reducing your AHI. Your max should be at least 12-15 cmH2O. I've tried increasing my pressure I get worse leaks and increased AHI... on pressure 4-8 i get from 2-3 AHI and my SP02 is always above 9...
