Re: Please help! Almost a year on CPAP, still not feeling amazing
You don't need an O2Ring to have OSCAR report RDI instead of AHI.

Re: Please help! Almost a year on CPAP, still not feeling amazing
A pulmonologist diagnosed my OSA. OP said they're on CPAP, which is prescribed for OSA. If they had CA, they'd be on BiPAP or ASV.
You're being argumentative for the sake of being argumentative and I'm done responding to your nonsense.

Re: Please help! Almost a year on CPAP, still not feeling amazing
If I still felt like crap despite CPAP Therapy why wouldn't I go back to the doctor who diagnosed my Obstructive Sleep Apnea and prescribed my CPAP Therapy?

Re: Please help! Almost a year on CPAP, still not feeling amazing
If my AHI was under 1 but I still felt like crap (I don't!) I'd want to know why! I'd be all over my pulmonologist with questions. I didn't intend to cause any undo stress, but if OP has been at this for almost a year and still not feeling better they'd best talk to their doctor. Their answers are u...

Re: Please help! Almost a year on CPAP, still not feeling amazing
If you have any of those things hopefully you were diagnosed by a doctor and are being treated!
I sleep wearing an O2Ring and find the data it records even more useful the lower my AHI gets: consistently under 1 now.

Re: Please help! Almost a year on CPAP, still not feeling amazing
There are plenty of reasons: I have Asthma and before CPAP Therapy my normal daytime average SpO₂ was only 95%. Others that come to mind are COPD , Emphysema , or even Hypoventilation , where you just don't breathe effectively even though there aren't any Flow Restrictions . Enough people need Suppl...

Re: Please help! Almost a year on CPAP, still not feeling amazing
What I can't see from your SleepHQ links is your oxygen desaturations : you could have a very low AHI but still be having significant SpO₂ drops. SleepHQ and OSCAR both support uploading Pulse Oximetry aligned with your CPAP data: it's worth the investment in a compatible O2Ring if it helps you feel...

Re: Looking for relief- itching from silicon
The primary replacement for the F30 , the F30i , is a hybrid FF mask which doesn't cover the bridge of your nose. It comes in AirFit (no foam edge) and AirTouch (foam edged) varieties. Another replacement for the F30 is the F40 . The most significant difference between them is where the tube attache...

Re: Can overnight snoring audio add anything useful alongside CPAP/OSCAR data?
OSCAR already has a Snore graph on the Daily View; I don't see any added value in an audio recording.

Re: Looking for relief- itching from silicon
I clean where the Airfit F40 touches my skin with Enduro Cleansing Prep Pads and I don't have any irritation. I do hope, however, that Resmed someday makes an Airtouch F40.

Congrats on the weight loss!
You might get more interest in the Airsense 11 if you post a picture of the touchscreen showing the run hours.

Re: OSCAR 2.0 is Available
Yes, when you run OSCAR 2.0 it will ask you where your 1.71 data lives and will import it.
