Thank you. I am a side sleeper and do move from side to side. Rarely am I on my back. I am exhausted most days by 7pm but that could be relate to the beta blocker rather than the CPAP therapy.

Hi all. 47M here and last year I had my aortic valve replaced with a graphite valve. I want to ensure I am taking care of my heart the best ways possible. Would someone mind having a look at my data?
