I have yet to see an ENT if they are what give the score? ENT Referral seems to be taking its time. I have no clue how to find it myself if not. Only searched what it is on google

The flow limitations is the main reason I was told by many to switch to bilevel/asv. I had tried up to max pressure epr 3 with it still staying there, less but still an issue.
